 1994 started racing quarter midgets had numerous fast times and wins earning 2nd in points two years in a row.
1999-2001 moved on to go-karts at Willow Springs raceway in Rosamond, CA.  My rookie year I finished 3rd in points and had many podium finishes. Through the 2001 season had accomplished goals of winning races and competing in a few IKF races. 
2003 raced the quarter mile at Willow Springs Raceway in the limited stock class.  After just four races earned 1 top 3 and 2 top 5 finishes. 
2004 raced a limited schedule in the limited stock class, by the end of the year earned 3 top 5’s, 2 wins and broke the track record.  The last race of the season I moved up to the Sportsman class with the same car and won the heat and the trophy dash.  In the main event I led most laps and finished in 3rd place. Received the 2004 “Rookie of the Year” honors award only running six of the twelve events.
2005 experienced racing a late model at Mesa Marin raceway.
2006 started racing a King Taco Spec Truck late in the year. My first race I finished in the top ten.

2007 raced in the King Taco Spec Truck series at Irwindale Speedway. I finished 6th in points for the year.
1 top 5, 2 top 10’s and 2nd in points for Rookie of the Year.

2008 Mile Copenhaver had five top tens, ten top fifteen.  Miles won one trophy dash win and one top five qualifying spot.  Finished tenth in the Late Model points at Irwndale Speedway.

2009 Miles plans on running the entire season in the Lat Model at Irwindale, and limited schedule in the Super Late Model Division.
